Welcome to TL.gy. This website, along with our associated services, applications, and automated systems including the TL.gy Telegram bot (collectively referred to as the "Service"), is owned and operated by Tiglord Technologies Pvt. Ltd. ("Company", "we", "us", or "our").

By accessing or using any part of the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to all of these Terms, you are strictly prohibited from using our Service.

1. Eligibility and Age Restrictions

You must be at least 18 years of age, or the age of majority in your jurisdiction, to use this Service. By using TL.gy, you represent and warrant that you possess the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement with us and meet all specified eligibility criteria.

2. Description of Service

TL.gy provides URL shortening, link management, and redirection optimization infrastructure. Our features include:

  • Anonymous Usage: Users can shorten links instantly without creating an account via our website interfaces and our official Telegram bot.
  • Registered Accounts: Users may voluntarily register for a free account to unlock enhanced link configuration parameters, dashboard analytics, and custom alias structures.

The Service is currently provided free of charge. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or terminate any feature of the Service at our sole discretion at any time without prior liability.

3. Scope of Application and Custom Domains

Important Note on Custom Domains: These Terms govern the usage of all links processed by our infrastructure. This includes links generated under the default TL.gy branding as well as any user-provided, user-owned, or custom third-party domains connected, pointed, or configured to run on the TL.gy infrastructure.

4. Acceptable Use and Prohibited Content

You are solely responsible for any long URL you submit to the Service and the subsequent traffic redirected through it. You agree not to use the Service to shorten, distribute, or promote links that point to content that is:

  • Illegal, unlawful, or in violation of any local, state, national, or international regulations.
  • Immoral, defamatory, profane, obscene, malicious, or deceptive.
  • Phishing schemes, malware deployment systems, spyware, viruses, or any other destructive software or code.
  • Unsolicited bulk communications, commercial spam, or malicious affiliate abuse schemes.
  • Infringing upon third-party intellectual property rights, privacy rights, or publicity rights.

5. Link Expiration and Storage Policy

By default, shortened URLs generated via TL.gy do not have an expiration date and will remain active indefinitely. However, users have the option to manually configure specific expiration parameters (such as click limits or calendar dates) for their links. We do not guarantee permanent storage and are not liable for the loss of any link configurations or historical analytical records.

6. Right to Delete and Terminate

We maintain an absolute right to enforce compliance. We reserve the right to immediately, and without prior notice, explanation, or liability:

  • Disable, delete, or permanently redirect any shortened URL that we suspect violates these Terms.
  • Suspend or permanently terminate user accounts or block access from specific IP addresses or Telegram user IDs found abusing the Service.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties and Limitation of Liability

The Service is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis. Tiglord Technologies Pvt. Ltd. disclaims all warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, secure, or that the redirection destinations will always be available.

In no event shall the Company, its directors, or employees be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages resulting from the use or the inability to use our redirection services.

8. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms shall be governed by, interpreted, and enforced in accordance with the laws of India, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any legal actions, disputes, or proceedings arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts located in the State of Kerala, India.
